Prairie Rock Outfitters is located on the famed North Platte River in western Nebraska, offering guided hunting services across over 300,000 acres stretching more than 40 miles of bottom land. The outfitter specializes in hunts for Rocky Mountain elk (Nebraska residents only), large mule deer bucks, giant whitetails, two sub-species of wild turkeys (Rio/Merriams hybrids and true Merriams), and a wintering population of mallards and Canada geese. The property features giant cottonwood stands and dense Russian olive thickets alongside irrigated corn and alfalfa fields.
