1. Who we are

Search Huntr ("we", "us") operates searchhuntr.com, a directory of hunting guides and outfitters in the United States. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Directory listings

We compile listings from publicly available sources including state outfitter licensing boards, association directories, and public business websites. We make a good-faith effort to keep listings accurate, but pricing, availability, and details may change. Always confirm directly with the outfitter before booking.

If you are an outfitter and want your listing removed, email hello@searchhuntr.com and we will remove it within 24 hours.

3. Bookings

When you book a hunt through Search Huntr, your contract is with the outfitter, not with us. Search Huntr facilitates the transaction via Stripe Connect and collects a 1.5% platform fee. The outfitter receives the remaining funds directly. Cancellation policies, refund eligibility, and trip terms are set by the outfitter.

Hunting involves inherent risks. You assume all risks associated with participating in a guided hunt and will sign a liability waiver before your hunt date.

4. Outfitter accounts

If you claim a listing as an outfitter, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that business. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you publish and for delivering the hunts you sell. You are responsible for collecting all required taxes, holding required licenses, and complying with all applicable laws.

5. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of pricing, availability, success rates, or any other listing data. Cost estimator results are planning estimates, not quotes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Search Huntr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any hunt booked through it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
